ULTIMATE PERFORMANCE

This is UPL's most robust offering. The promise is to create a periodized training plan to reach your optimal potential at the right time. This is done by undergoing an assessment of your current ability and mapping out important milestones based on your specific competitive season. From there we can essentially reverse engineer the most important physiological characteristics needed for your sport. The beauty in this method is that it can help you not only be better this year, but also through multiple competitive seasons!

 There are three components to this process:

1) Assessment

2) Periodized Program

3) Training Plan

Assessment:

Create your athletic profile: This is what sets UPL apart from the rest. We invest the time with each athlete to determine where their abilities are and where they need to go.

 

This can help shed light on the following questions you may have:

  • What are your strengths and weakness?

  • How does this apply to your capabilities on the field?

  • How does this match up to your competition?

  • How can you improve these characteristics?

    Below is a small example of the data generated during the assessment which lets us remove the guess work behind creating your plan.

Periodized Program:

UPL will provide you with a month by month program based on your competition schedule. This will let you know what you should be focusing on with training. Ultimately, allowing you to peak at the right time and perform to the best of your abilities.

Creating a sustainable day to day and week to week routine that will maximize your strengths, minimize weakness and play to your full potential. 

This plan will be customized to you based on your training and injury history, athletic testing, and season demands.
